This was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. I did make sure to do my research. I looked for almost three months for a dealership and a car I wanted. First off, I didn’t want any extras in my cost. Somehow, a $400 windshield repair was put in last minute and sent to my bank. When I asked my sales lady about the hatch and why it wouldn’t close, I was told it was a setting that I didn’t have turned on. She assured me that it worked at the dealership. The struts to the hatch were rusted. I have a hard time believing that “just happened when I got it” I asked to see the checkpoint list, and it still hasn’t been sent to me. I had to take the car in to a different dealership to finally get answers. I’ve called to speak with a manager, and I never get a call back. The key fob is not working, and it was not working properly when I got it. I was told it is the battery. I replaced the battery. Still-nothing. The other dealership informed me it’s probably a mechanical issue. I called Gilman Acura again to ask for the paperwork to see the checklist the car went through, and no one has called me back. If I could give this dealership a zero, I would. Horrible customer service and ethics. I hope no one else ever has to deal with this dealership. More
