Service department is easy to make appointments. They send text reminders which is handy. When hou arrive you are greeted at your vehicle. If you are dropping of your vehicle, free loaners can be arranged at the time you make your appointment. Free pickup and delivery of your vehicle can also be arranged at the time of your appointment. The waiting area is comfortable with free beverages and snacks available with tvs also available. The service technician will send you a video of your vehicle inspection and with any recommendations for anything additional discovered. That would be accompanied by any additional cost and your service advisor is there for any questions and explanations. After servicing your vehicle is washed and interior wiped down and you are on your way. I have always received excellent service at Gillman dealerships. More
