I called them told them that i need to return the car, but the guy... Greg Weir told me to come and I can change the car, then I drove up to Glasgow for 45 minutes plus, when I arrived grey weir left in front of me and ran ways.. then they didn't even welcome me to sit before 25 minutes. Then there a guy name Kurt Otto.. was siting in his place instead. the two guys who sold me cars.. one came of and I explained the issues, but he didn't give me any options and told me there is noting we can do.. I told him man look . i took the car yesterday.. I found out the problem and then reported it.. he told me you own the car now. if you change the car you have to pay more. ... I told him in this way I need to call my bank who loan me credit to cancel it. I don't care about $3000 down payment, but I don't trust these people and if I called the bank the bank will cancel it right away because I used to have loan with these bank before. Then he went to the Kurt otto.. he came out with anger told me bully.. that you bought a car, you did not buy a stuff from wal mart and return it... I told him the problems, but he started seem very angry.. I pretend like I forget the Greg Weir name.. Don't buy unless you are exhausted to find any dealer.. please test drive before you bought.. I am seeking the lawyers.. now. I will the bank and cancel the loan. These people must not lie to customers. they must not be there. More

We drove from Bowling Green to Glasgow to trade with Gillie Hyde for a 2010 Ford Escape for our daughter last fall. They were trusting enough to let us drive the car back to Bowling Green for her to tes Gillie Hyde for a 2010 Ford Escape for our daughter last fall. They were trusting enough to let us drive the car back to Bowling Green for her to test drive the car before we purchased it. However, our experience went downhill from there. We were told that they had done a 100+ point vehicle inspection, but somehow missed the fact that the car needed new breaks. We had to talk them into putting on new breaks, but it took us three more trips to Glasgow before we could pick up the car--the wrong breaks were ordered and it was never ready when they said that it would be. The breaks that were put on squeaked and a clicking sound came from the back tires, so our daughter made another trip to Glasgow only to be told that it was just break dust that would eventually go away. It didn't. A local mechanic told her today that the breaks roters had not been turned (a standard procedure for any new break installation) and that the clicking noise was in the back breaks, which means that the back breaks have to be taken off and reinstalled. Gillie Hyde was to put floor mats in the car and when we were finally were able to pick up the car, we STILL had to wait for them to hunt down the mats. When we were initially approached by a salesman before our purchase, we told him our price point, but still had to go through the negotiation process IN THE CUSTOMER LOUNGE, not in a private office. And then an extra random fee was added to the price when we went to pay cash for the transaction. The car was missing a programmed key. The salesman told us that that they would supply us a key at their cost, but the parts department would not honor the promise. We wound up paying $30.00 less for one at the local Ford dealer in Bowling Green. We got a decent car, but will never trade with Gillie Hyde again and will not recommend them to anyone else. More

I drove over an hour from home but they made me feel so comfortable and they worked so hard to get me financing even with my divorce damaged credit. We had been looking for a new Explorer for a little over a year but all the dealers that had them wanted that we saw online for a New 2012 Explorer. Gillie Hyde sold it to us for the invoice price and we got the rebates. They worked with our financing and they were very friendly. They answered all of our questions and we were very satisfied. I live almost 100 miles away and they had the best deal out I found. When I called they were courteous and knew all the information that I wanted to know and if not they got right back with me. My husband and I drove down on a Saturday afternoon and we had car trouble with the car that we owned and the time and were going to trade in. This set us back a couple of hours while trying to get someone to fix it! (Different Story) The salesperson (Paul George) stayed after closing time to help us even though we were an hour and a half after they closed! When we got there the Focus was better than described. They worked to get us a better rate on financing even though we had a low rate (we thought) from our own bank. This is one of the top car buying experiences that we have had. More
