I have visited this dealership several times (5 actually) and not once has someone came outside to speak to me. Each time I have to go find someone. Their pricing and willingness to work a deal is substand and not once has someone came outside to speak to me. Each time I have to go find someone. Their pricing and willingness to work a deal is substandard for sure. Also, someone should point out that it is in poor form to allow your sales people to smoke in front of the building. Yesterday I went to the ford dealer in kenosha on hy 50 and purchased my new 2013 Explorer from Joe & Mike. They got me a nicer truck (yes a bit more money and worth it)and provided me with a MUCH better buying expierence. I was greated within seconds of ariving at the dealship and shown the Explorer that was online, we test drove it and finished up the paperwork and drove home with it. I mentioned my expierence with the Gurnee ford dealer to a friend of mine and he also has had only negative expierence's there. One more thing, I live in Gurnee and I wanted to support a local business. Oh and as for our demographics - Both my myself and my buddy are mid thirtys, white, healthy and obviously able to afford the purchase of a new car or truck. He bought a Jeep cherokee instead, do to the fact of poorly he was treated. More

This was prearranged with dealer to "Just pick them up". When I arrived, they wanted money for them. I said my model came with the mats. They argued the point and downloaded the information I was referring to. Guess what? I was right and the mats were free! Now to top it off, the sales manager, after being very mad because I was right said I wasn't welcome at that dealership anymore. Beware of this dealership! I wonder if I'll ever get the paint blemish fixed as they promised on purchase day. This dealer recently had a management replacement. Maybe time for another! More
I have taken my car to this dealership for oil changes that typically take 2 hours to complete. Recently I took my car in for an oil change before a road trip and during the trip the plastic cover for the that typically take 2 hours to complete. Recently I took my car in for an oil change before a road trip and during the trip the plastic cover for the oil filter came loose and was dragging below my Fusion. I am currently looking for a new Ford dealership to take my car for service. Very disappointed in this dealership. Also it seems that they always have something extra they want you to do for your car. They have wanted me to change my power steering fluid every 20,000 miles which I know isn't typical. Seems like they try to get as much money out of you as they can. More

I spoke with a salesman over the phone on Tuesday, about coming in and looking at a car. I then made an appointment to drive the car via their online website. Immediately after making the appointment a mana coming in and looking at a car. I then made an appointment to drive the car via their online website. Immediately after making the appointment a manager from the dealership called me and we spoke more about me coming on on Friday for the appointment. I arrived at 7pm about an hour earlier than my appointment. Walked around the showroom and lot and was not greeted nor spoken too. I did try to make contact with the woman at the sales desk and she said "there should be salesman in the front" I then asked a salesman outside if there was anyone else working, and he replied there was and that in a minute he would get someone to help me. Well I waited another five minutes and gave up and left. This dealership was terrible. I know I look rather young for my age (27) but really at a Dealership you should probably be showing your customers and potential customers more respect and diligence when they come to your store. After leaving I called the sales manager and spoke with him. His apology was forced and ridiculous. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. More
I started researching online and was first contacted by Craig Holsman. After some banter about the options I was looking for, he was able to find a truck that fit my needs. He also shot me an offer that was in the ballpark of what I considered fair. I then proceeded to the Gurnee site and was introduced to Errol Kaplan, who handled the rest of the sale. Could not have been a better fit for me. We were able to hash out all of the particulars in one sitting. I don't think I could ask for any better service or courtesy than I was shown. I walked out with the truck I wanted at what I considered a fair deal. Probably the only time in my life that I could say that my car buying experience was a pleasant one. More
Avoid this dealer at all costs. They will add a rip-off paint protection package and warranty to your finance contract without your approval or even pointing it out. Then they will take months to refund your money to the finance company. I still have not received my refund after 3 months. It's been a nightmare working with them. They pressure you to death to buy this package. They would not take "no" for an answer! I will never return to this dealer and would never recommend anyone walk a foot inside. They have lost a customer and will lose many more! Dishonest and horrible customer service!! More

Errol was friendly, open and honest right from the start. I came armed with lots of information and Errol has an answer for every question. He was a pleasure to work with. The service was great and I love my new car. Though I am a little disappointed with the amount of time it took to locate the car and am still waiting for my College check for $500 from Ford HQ, I understand a little disappointed with the amount of time it took to locate the car and am still waiting for my College check for $500 from Ford HQ, I understand its the Holidays and it takes time. I also wish Ford could have a better financing progarm for new recent college grads who dont really have any credit and can't get any help from anyone else. This of course is not the fault of the dealership or the salesman. They were great and did everything they could to help me purchase my car. More
