I went into Gurnee Ford to test drive a Ford Escape but the color that was on the lot was not able to accomplish meeting my ever need over the phone. I felt very comfortable with his knowledge as Tom graduated from Lincoln Technical College and was an auto mechanic for three years before he went to work with Gurnee Ford. Tom really knows his cars. He spent quite a bit of time with me explaining all of my options and did not try and sell me something that would not best suite my needs. I decided on a new 2013 Edge Sport. Tom was very thorough in explaining all of the rebates and financing offers and got me approved in about 10 minutes. All of the people were very professional and I look forward to taking delivery of my new SUV! It was a pleasure working with Tom and his staff.
