After going from dealer to dealer I ended my search where I had currently had my previous ford serviced. We had a good experience with Gurnee Ford. Nicholas Bentel sold us a Pontiac Vibe and I was impressed with his follow through. The used car was missing the XM antenna. I stopped in the dealersip 3 times and everytime if Brandon was helping other customers other sales perople were more than happy to help even though they knew I was going to purchase the car from Brandon .They did not use any high pressure tactics . To my surprise when I picked up the car the Tank wall full and the dealer has plates and stickers in stock so I do not have to wait for the STATE to send me plates . I am in my 50's so I have been purchasing new cars for many years . More
