Tommy listened to what we wanted, showed us what they had on the lot. We test drove two cars. He worked a price for one that fit our budget, and we finished the deal. Simple. No back and forth with a sales manager, no hard sell or bait and switch. Seems like this is the way it should be, but almost never is, in my experience. Jenn handled the closing paperwork - very efficient, very pleasant, very professional. I definitely will go back to Gurnee Ford when I buy my next car. More

Working with Nick, he showed me the vehicles that fit with my requirements. We went through all of the pros/cons and safety features that was offered. After going from dealer to dealer I ended my search where I had currently had my previous ford serviced. We're all so weary of the horrible car salesman, this place actually made me feel comfortable. I was well prepared so I know I got the best deal I could have asked for. I am proud to know that Gurnee has the best Ford dealership in Lake County and does a great job taking care of it's residents. More

We had a good experience with Gurnee Ford. Nicholas Bentel sold us a Pontiac Vibe and I was impressed with his follow through. The used car was missing the XM antenna.
