Gurnee Ford hit it "out of the park" Starting with Rick Elliston greeting me and taking the time to LISTEN to what I was looking for. One regret - It may be a few years before I purchase another vehicle from Gurnee Ford, so I will have to wait a bit to have a wonderful and compelling experience with the high caliber individuals at Gurnee Ford. We finally decided on a car and got a good deal.
