Working with Nick, he showed me the vehicles that fit with my requirements. We went through all of the pros/cons and safety features that was offered. Tony was great in getting me top dollar for my trade in and Jennifer was a wonder in working through all of the paperwork that needed to be signed. After going from dealer to dealer I ended my search where I had currently had my previous ford serviced. We're all so weary of the horrible car salesman, this place actually made me feel comfortable. I was well prepared so I know I got the best deal I could have asked for. I am proud to know that Gurnee has the best Ford dealership in Lake County and does a great job taking care of it's residents. More

We had a good experience with Gurnee Ford. Nicholas Bentel sold us a Pontiac Vibe and I was impressed with his follow through. The used car was missing the XM antenna. I stopped in the dealersip 3 times and everytime if Brandon was helping other customers other sales perople were more than happy to help even though they knew I was going to purchase the car from Brandon .They did not use any high pressure tactics . To my surprise when I picked up the car the Tank wall full and the dealer has plates and stickers in stock so I do not have to wait for the STATE to send me plates . I am in my 50's so I have been purchasing new cars for many years . More
