She went above and beyond to alert finance and sales to my arrival and situation. Upon arriving Chris H was our salesman and he put in me a beautiful 2016 Ford Escape (which I never thought I would be able to get into a brand new car again!). He met every need and expectation I had. There was no problem fitting my budget and absolutely looked out for my best interest. Gave me the exact advice that I needed, but more importantly trusted.
