I did my research on the car I wanted and wasn't expecting Gillespie to get anywhere close to the price I had in mind. Long story short, Rich in sales and his manager took care of me and were both very patient with the decision making process. I ended up walking away with a brand new Ford Escape and some all-weather floor mats. Very very very happy with my experience at this dealership.
