Love this place. It started with me servicing my truck there because of bad service at another local Ford dealer. Disappointed in customer service and delivery of a NEW car The NEW car purchased had a scratch on it at delivery and was delivered wet (they didn't even fully dry the car off). For anyone receiving a NEW car The NEW car purchased had a scratch on it at delivery and was delivered wet (they didn't even fully dry the car off). For anyone receiving a NEW car - it should have been show room ready. Poor communication with the person who sold us the car as well as top management. Amazing how they talk about good customer service. That was certainly NOT our experience. They admitted to dropping the ball and we are still not 100% satisfied. Guess that doesn't matter. All I can say is WOW.....Not all are treated equally. More
