I had been looking at and comparing new vehicles for the last two months from different car brands. I was not in a hurry to make the purchase so Rich did not pressure me into a quick decision. We agreed that he would keep me up to date on the latest incentives and this last weekend when the Black Friday extra cash was available he let me know. After a search of the current inventory I found an Escape that I wanted, a quick test drive and I was sold. The entire buying process went smooth two hours later I was driving the Escape I had been dreaming of. I feel that I received a fair price and the best deal. More
