You are correct, it is not your vehicle.If you had a bill of sale from us we would have honored that. We tried to work on a better trade allowance for you but your trade-in had a Salvage title from a major insurance loss. You did not have a price agreement. You had specified a configuration that was built. There was no contract that stated you were buying at a specific price and no contract that guaranteed you would get a Bronco.The Ford site specifically stated that your price could be above, at, or below MSRP and you were to come in and secure your price with a bill of sale. You did not do that.Used Broncos are selling for $10K to $20K over the original MSRP with thousands of miles on them and you want our new one for a lot less than a used one. Wow, two more lies by you Jim. You never contacted me period about my Mach E so that’s 1 lie. When did we talk? Never, I had to call you to find out you sold my car without my consent. and 2 you never offered me anything. You mentioned you had one but never told me I could have it cause I called you a liar and you didn’t seem to enjoy that. It’s called Karma Jim and it will eventually find a person like yourself who lies on a daily basis. Just wait!!!!

Robert, We appreciate the business that you did with us in the past. In 2020 you paid the market price for your 2020 vehicle, in 2021 you paid the market price for your 2021 vehicle. In 2022 you want to pay the same as you paid in 2020.The price of everything is up. Shipping, raw materials, chips, food, cars, boats, prices are up. We tried to ship a package overnight and the estimate to ship it was $100.00.We understand your frustration but we do not make the market.
