He answered questions that I had and kept me abreast of the progress. Very polite and attentive people. I used to go to the Libertyville dealership, but unfortunately they have nothing but attitude and you can’t even get a hello when you walk in the door. Keep up the good work at this location. I originally wrote a good review for Gillespie, but just found they added a $2,899 treatment to our purchase agreement that we did not know about and they didn't give us a copy of the alleged treatment with found they added a $2,899 treatment to our purchase agreement that we did not know about and they didn't give us a copy of the alleged treatment with my husbands forged signature on it. My husband did not sign the form. I would not recommend the Gillespie Ford. Very disappointed with this Gillespie Ford. More

Joe in sales was great to deal with, talk to during the test drive and negotiations. Nate, the sales manager, was also great to deal with and talk with while we were waiting for all the paperwork to be re test drive and negotiations. All the financing and paperwork with Jim (??) was super fast, easy and he's great to deal with as well. They even washed my F-450 while we were doing all the paperwork on the new vehicle. Definitely will be back for hopefully more future business and have already referred some family and friends to your dealership. More
