So, this is the 3rd truck I’ve bought from Gilleland. My buying experience was top notch! They took the time to find out my wants and came through on every one. My salesman, Bryce Wurzer, and business manager Cory Anderson made my buying experience quick and painless! Thanks! On a somewhat related note that is not entirely their fault is the decals and floor mats that were to come with the truck have still not arrived from GM and it has been 2 1/2 months. I will say Bruce got me a set of mats to use in the meantime so they’ve done pretty much all they can but still would’ve liked to get the mats in timely manner. More
I had no problem making an appointment to have my oil changed in a reasonable amount of time. My son bought a certified GM 2018 Colorado from Gilleland in June 2020. A few days ago the oil cooler lines broke, persistent Chevy problem, leaving him on the side of I94 at night. He called a tow truck and in June 2020. A few days ago the oil cooler lines broke, persistent Chevy problem, leaving him on the side of I94 at night. He called a tow truck and took it to a mechanic to get it repaired. He needed it fixed ASAP for work and didn't think of taking it to a Chevy dealer. I contacted the Gilleland salesman about this looking for a reimbursement on the approx $500 repair bill and was told he would have to get approval. Zero communication from the salesman or the business manager on this matter since that initial email. We have bought two vehicles from Gilleland and based on this latest matter it's probably the last time. After reading other negative Gilleland reviews, this type of business behavior is what everyone can expect from them. More
Great service! Called the dealership I bought my GMC Sierra from (Roseville Buick and GMC) and was told they would call me back so I could make an appointment (it’s Called the dealership I bought my GMC Sierra from (Roseville Buick and GMC) and was told they would call me back so I could make an appointment (it’s been over a week and no response). So I called Gilleland on a Friday and spoke with Nate Rekowski in service who stated they currently had no loaners but he would call me on Monday when one was available. He actually called me back a few hours later stating a rental vehicle had just been returned. I dropped off my truck, drove the rental home, and received a message by 11:30 AM on that next Monday that my truck was FINISHED! I was very impressed with their amazing customer service! I would highly recommend you consider getting your vehicle serviced here! More
Lied to about extended warranty. We purchased a vehicle and extended warranty. They said it was bumper to bumper coverage. Well it looks like we were lied to. We brought the vehicle in they said that the exhaust manifold,gaskets bolts...need to be replaced. These parts are not covered. How stupid are we to think that these parts would be located between the bumpers. Not happy,feel cheated out of the thousands of dollars we paid. We went in with a wiring issue also,not covered. But they did manage to charge us to check things over. Would never buy another vehicle from these liars. The service person who helped us was nice feel bad that he has to deal with unhappy customers as a result of the lies the finance people say to sell warranties. More

Christy, Grant, Bryce, Zane and all the folks at Gilleland are amazing to work with! I have purchased both new and used, as well as leased vehicles from Gilleland and each purchase/lease was made after plenty of research and facts provided by the sales team. I feel like they truly wan to help me make the best decision for me and my lifestyle! Gilleland is family-owned and operated (similar to the company I work for) and supports our community in various ways. It is important to me to see a company giving back to the communities that help drive their success. Keep up the great work! More

Our van had just crapped out on us and we weren't really expecting or wanting any new bills. Our sales guy Silas Lydeen was totally awesome. He was very concerned about what Linda and I were interested in. He was very polite and just seemed like he cared about us. He asked what we were looking for, walked us through some vehicles and was very courteous. I told him what id like to spend a month and we narrowed down the field. we kept on doing this for awhile until the three of us went out for a walk and looked at our top three SUV's. We finally decided on a 2008 Saturn Outlook! Sure it had a couple of little glitches but Silas from the sales department was always in contact with me and Greg in the service department was very helpful to Linda, So everything worked out great. I'm totally fired up about our new SUV and Gilleland and I'd like to give a special thank you to Silas Lydeen who made Linda and I feel very comfortable buying our first car when I was feeling vulnerable. We will definitely be going back to Silas and Gilleland for our next vehicle (I want a truck). More
