As for the paperwork side of things? At first glance it looks intimidating, especially with all the new government vehicle ownership rules and safety laws! Don't fret though! Rick Gonzalez in Finance made it a breeze! It was also nice to have the Sales Manager stop by Jim's office and inquire as to some personal information (about my personal Hobby) and as a matter of fact, all involved made the whole process the best car buying experience we've ever had any Auto Dealership! Excellent Customer Service and Professionalism Over the years I'm sure I have at least 25 or more vehicles of every type and price range. Although, in the past I had some great experiences none exc Over the years I'm sure I have at least 25 or more vehicles of every type and price range. Although, in the past I had some great experiences none exceeded Gill Auto Group of Madera. I happened to find a car I was interested in, on line, and contacted Gill Auto by email. I received a response to my inquiry within a few minutes. I was asked via email some questions, which I provided and was then put in contact with Jim Hamby who answered all of my questions and at no time exerted any pressure of any type. We made an appointment for the following afternoon but I became available the following morning and showed up at the dealership unannounced. I was greeted in the lot and taken inside the showroom and introduced to Jim. We looked at the car I had contacted them about and asked what else they might have in comparison. Jim showed my some similar cars of the same make and it helped me confirm the car I made the inquiry on was the car I wanted. I could go on but in a matter of minutes we had agreed on a price and during that time Jim had my trade in appraised. Their finance department got me approved for a loan and then I had to pleasure of meeting with Rick Gonzales one of their F & I professionals. Rick went over all of paperwork in terms that were understandable and within minutes not an hour or hours everything was completed and my car was waiting for me in the front of the dealership after being detailed. Everyone I came in contact with through emails, phone and in person could not do enough to make this the best experience I have had purchasing an auto. I will go back to Gill Auto Group when the time comes to make another purchase and without reservation I will highly recommend Gill Auto Group to my family, friends and associates and specifically have them ask for Jim Hamby, who's the best salesperson and gentleman I have met. More
