Update on my jeep .3 months in the shop 3 months its back These guys had my jeep June-August, 3 months to rebuild the whole car pretty much on a 4 year old grand Cherokee!!! My car is only 4 years old, I kept up on oil changes and maintenance and in June a valve malfunctioned and oil was sucked up ruining the engine. Gill had my car for 3 months...for 2 months they went back and forth lying to us everyday about the status of the car, saying they were working on the car when it was parked out front in the same spot it had been for weeks. Then finally say yes warranty will cover it so they started fixing the car. After Gill having the car for 3 months 3 months later I'm driving in downtown LA and same problem!! The car locks up and by the time I pull off it won't move at all! Get it into another jeep dealership down here and they say a valve failed!!! THE ENGINE IS 3 MONTHS OLD!! Amazing how a dealership that cares gets the same work done in 2 weeks! TWO WEEKS!! And this place is always busy yet they got my car in and out and were very apologetic for work they didn't even do. I'm so overly annoyed with this dealership and their poor work and poor morales! We were able to get ahold of Chrysler and formally complain about Gill! STAY SO FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! ZERO STARS!!! First dealing with them: When I was looking for a jeep I went here, they didn't have what I wanted on the lot, I was then told that model of jeep was a lot of car (I can't drive an suv because I'm a girl?! I lift weights for a profession I can handle a grand Cherokee) so I was pressured into looking at a lesser car. I wasn't too excited with what they had, I was kind of thinking about the jeep they showed me. When I said I was going to think about it I was told "Let's face it I can put this car on the Internet today and it will be gone Monday." SO RUDE! So I left and bought a jeep elsewhere! Second dealing with them: I took my jeep grand Cherokee in there after it sucked up oil and the engine got messed up. I had to fight them to get them to even see if the warranty would cover it, and surprise it did because it was a malfunction. They had my jeep for over 2 months!!! 1 whole month it sat while they twiddled their thumbs deciding what to do with it and wouldn't even give me a rental car until they decided the warranty would cover it. Then they tell us they want to rebuild the whole car since everything is out (it's only 4 years old), when we told them no they demanded the rental car they reluctantly gave us be brought back!!! I refused and when all was said and done 2 months later I call to find out when to pick it up and I'm told to call back in a few hours they're just putting the finishing touches on the car, call back and am told to call back they just need to drive it, call back and they say "we didn't finish it'll be ready Monday for sure"...well Monday came and I got the jeep back, empty tank of gas (thanks guys!!!) and it had been closed up and out in the sun on their lot for so long it's so stuffy!! I HATE THIS PLACE!!!! I will post this review everywhere!!! Seriously just keep going down the road, make a left on ave 12, hop on the 41 s, get off at Herndon and make a right, left on blackstone and keep going until you see jeep on the left! More

Jeff Ault was my professional sales agent, and let me tell you, he knows his stuff! I drive a hard bargain and Jeff was up for the task at hand. They did not have the exact SUV we wanted, so they did a dealer trade from down south and got the car back before sunset, thank you Jeff for going the extra mile for us! They went ahead and let us take it home on Saturday, and said see ya Monday as our computers were acting up. Filled the car, said go enjoy, see ya Monday and we will fill it again, they did, took us into financing, no hard sales on the extended warranty stuff, but I did purchase the service contract, what a deal. Nat Larsen and his sales staff are the most unprofessional and unethical sales people I have ever dealt with. Jason had no problem sitting across from me and told me a bold face lie. Nat and Jason fortified the negative reputation that car sales people have had for years and continue to be labeled accordingly. I guess the old adage, "if the shoe fits wear it", really does apply. I only wish I hadn't bought the car from this dealership. Shame on me. First and last purchase fro Gill Auto Group. More

The salesman, Jim Hamby, was top notch, not a bit of pressure, easygoing, and efficient. They had the best price I could find within the region, and worked to set up the financing exactly as we wanted. None of the silly games that we've endured at other dealers over the years of "I need to go speak to my manager", "Here's a special price from the manager", "Give us ______amount more and we will get you a better price/rate/____". My only complaint would be that they were very busy that day and so the process was slow. More
Greatest Car Buying Experience Ever! Pro-Military! Car shopping had been a horrible experience until we went to Gill Jeep dealer in Madera. None of the valley salesmen I spoke with in Clovis, Fresno or Car shopping had been a horrible experience until we went to Gill Jeep dealer in Madera. None of the valley salesmen I spoke with in Clovis, Fresno or Selma, wanted to deal with a "woman". We were welcomed yesterday by Jim Hamby whom I had been corresponding with via email. He is the internet sales Manager at Gill. Jim took care of us, gave us every possible rebate he could find. We had secured our financing through USAA but Jim thought it would be worth a shot to run our credit to see if we could get a better interest rate with one of the hundreds of banks they do business with and what do you know... a credit union gave us a better interest rate an entire (1.75%) difference! This dealer is also pro-military and offered us a generous military discount. Jim also walked us over to their service department where we were congratulated on our purchase and a nice handshake along with a "we're here for you any time you need us". The experience was the best thanks to Jim Hamby! This dealer has earned our lifelong business. More

I came to Madera a day early to avoid the bad weather, and Amer kept my car safe and dry at the dealership. Everyone was so nice to visit with at the bbq that Gill's hosted for the show attendees. They even met me there early in the morning so I coulld pick up my car for the show. Chris even came out to the show! I saw a picture of a car he restored, and hopefully he will enter it next year. He truly loves cars, and thats the kind of person you want to deal with when going to a dealership. I can't thank everyone enough ! More
We had a great experience with the General manager Nate and Joe Aguilar. We would recommend working with these two at any time, they worked very hard to get us into our new Dodge mega cab 3500. However our experience with Jason Rummelt was less then pleasant, Jason had little knowledge of the truck that we purchased. When we went to pick the truck up he had left and we were left dealing with Joe Aguilar. We picked up our truck without being detailed and had to reschedule the time for it to be detailed and when we called to bring the truck in, it seemed that he had no time for us nor wanted to fulfill their promise to detail the truck. The only reason for the low rating on customer service was our experience with Jason Rummelt. More
