I DO NOT recommend this dealership!! The salesmen and mangers are VERY deceitful, sneaky, and frauds. Told them 3 times very clear, we only wanted GAP insurance ONLY... well when it came down to signi mangers are VERY deceitful, sneaky, and frauds. Don't walk, run from this dealership!! I purchased a used vehicle for my son from here. I was able to negotiate the price and felt comfortable with the deal. Fast forward to 2 or so weeks later when I am in the market for another used vehicle. I go with the same salesperson, test drive a few vehicles and decide on a car. On this occasion, I was only showed the final vehicle price, not the total price with taxes, warranties etc. I had no idea what they negotiated just that it was in the monthly price range I requested. I waited and waited to meet with finance to sign the papers. On this night there was only 1 guy working. When it was finally my turn, he had me sign all the papers but the itemized form. When I saw the actual vehicle price I nearly flipped. Every warranty was added on, even one I requested not to have. I was ready to call off the deal right then but it was 7:30, I was tired and didn't have a ride. I recalled them having a return policy so figured I would look everything over that night and return the next day. I didn't know that the return was only for something of equal or greater value. I felt so defeated, so screwed over. I even negotiated on an extra thing for my car which my salesman said he wouldn't write into the deal but would get. It has been 2 months, I am still waiting on said item. Had my first experience not been a good one, I would have given 1 star but I will never use this dealership again and will continue to spread the word on any review I can find to try and warn others. Oh, and if you get the warranty, as others have stated, every freaking maintenance must be done there. Their service department sucks!! More
