I have been coming to Grey for over 30 years. I knew just about all the guys in the service department. They were great and I always received excellent customer service. I wasn't so impressed on my recent visit. I recognized 1 of the service people. What was an $45 oil change has now doubled. Oil hasn't gone up that much in 5000 miles. No more AAA discount. I was told I could get a senior discount. Ok. I was good with that, but I wasn't taken off my bill. I got a receipt but in the past I got a report on the service done, fluids, etc. Nothing but the receipt. One of the main reasons why I stay with GM products was because of the Grey service department. I may start to consider other brands. Not so impressed with Gilchrist so far. The internet in the waiting room is awful too. Like I said, I've been coming here for 30+ years. I can see a major difference already. Sorry, you asked... I'm being honest. And now you're asking me who I worked with in the sales department... I didn't work with anyone so I'll pick Alex. More
