I've been coming here for 30+ years. One of the reason I continually purchase GM products was because of the GREY service department. I miss the old crew. They knew me by name and it was a friendly place even if I was just there for an oil change. No one knows me there and I feel like I could go someplace else and it wouldn't matter to the dealership. PLUS no senior or AAA discount?? I miss that. Plus no Saturday hours for service is definitely not a plus in my opinion. Some of us work and can't just take time off to get my car serviced. That's pretty inconvenient. I wasn't happy with the price increase either. More
Brought the vehicle in for a warranty repair. I dropped the vehicle off towards the end of December. I was initially told the battery would arrive the beginning of January and it was not there un I dropped the vehicle off towards the end of December. I was initially told the battery would arrive the beginning of January and it was not there until the beginning of March, it was in the shop for nearly three months waiting for the battery to arrive so the repair could be performed. I always needed to call to check on status of the battery. Battery delivery was not the dealership's fault; however, poor/inaccurate status updates were very frustrating. More
