Terrible customer service! Keep You on hold for 20 minutes. Then when you call back and speak to a Katie she will not give you ANY Supervisors name. Instead she states “we are DONE” and hangs up on you! Rude!! Gilchrist will never get a penny from our family and I’m very certain “Katie” will be fired soon. People like that don’t last long. More
Absolutely terrible customer service. I was totally ignored when I arrived and was left sitting for over 20 minutes after my service was completed. I was also never informed that the ve I was totally ignored when I arrived and was left sitting for over 20 minutes after my service was completed. I was also never informed that the vehicle needs additional work. Now as I try to reschedule service to complete the work, the service department will not answer the phone. I have called 7 times! I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
