My experience was as expected, wait time for my Chevy Bolt was estimated accurately, communication was good. No mixups with my order. All in all, a good experience. What is confusing is the On Star trial Bolt was estimated accurately, communication was good. No mixups with my order. All in all, a good experience. What is confusing is the On Star trial period, what you really get for 1 month versus 3 months or 3 years. That was not broken down into clear, concise information. I’m a detail person, I like to know exactly what I’m getting and how much it will cost if I choose to sign up. For example access to Remote Access versus Safety and Security versus Serius XM radio/WiFi. What exactly is provided and for how long? I had to figure that out later. More
