They are a good dealership and people are very friendly. I'm dropping one star because the paperwork for out of state DMV was a bit more complicated than it needed to be. I'm hopefully going to have my plates before my 3 month temp tags expire. I'm dropping another star because the car came with wheel locks and no key. I got really lucky and the wheel lock paperwork was in the trunk. I would not have been able to order the key to take my wheels off. The car came with a single keyfob as well. No one ever mentioned that it only had one key. I would except a 4 year old car to come with both keyfobs or have it stated. It's going to cost me three hundred out of pocket to get a second key made. Bottom line: Would I buy another car from this dealership? Yes. More
I bought my car from them, while the customer service was great, and they did give me a good deal for my trade in, I was ultimately left with a bad transmission a couple days later. I'm not sure if they were aware of the issue, but the car fax stated that they had serviced it, so I was not expecting to have to do any major work right away. When we went to see if they would help us with it, we're not given any help as far as good faith since we bought a used car. But instead we're asked to pay even more to have it fixed and be left with out a car for months while my transmission is on national back order. Make sure you check the cars thoroughly to avoid what happened to me! More

I wasn't the easiest customer to work with since I live about an hour away from this dealership. I asked for certain things to make the transaction more convenient for me, and Nolan bent over backwards to about an hour away from this dealership. I asked for certain things to make the transaction more convenient for me, and Nolan bent over backwards to accommodate me, like squeezing in a spray-on liner appointment inside of two days. He was genuinely enthusiastic to set me up in this truck and prepped it for me like it was his. Biggest plus - right before I drove off the lot, Nolan noticed a chip in the windshield that must have occurred during installation of the spray-on bed liner. Had it not been for his attention to detail, I would have been in the bad position of hoping the dealership works with me OR filing an insurance claim. Nolan saved me this trouble. He also tipped me off about using My Chevrolet points toward accessories (which I've already done). He left no detail unmentioned or unnoticed. I would highly recommend working with this dealer and Nolan. More
