The sales person acknowledged that he was new to Chevrolet, but experienced with other brands. He was very personable and easy to deal with. I went in expecting to order a new truck, but he had Chevrolet, but experienced with other brands. He was very personable and easy to deal with. I went in expecting to order a new truck, but he had one on the lot for immediate delivery that had almost all the features I was looking for in my truck. The only reason why I only give three stars, is that there is a lot to learn about the features of the truck, particularly moving the electronics from demo mode to personal mode. Chevy information on that is limited. Further, the onstar system is not integrated with mychevy and I still don't have my truck set up. I think that the sales person should spend at least fifteen minutes explaining how to personalize the truck to the new owner. On the financing, the finance report had my credit score almost 60 points lower than the range it normally trends. The initial finance rate quoted was outrageously high. When I told the rep that the credit score was way off, and I could get a lower rate at my credit union, he immediately said he would finance through my credit union, at the rate I had previously determined would apply. However, when I called to check the address for the insurance, Chris told me that the loan was finance with GM financial, which does not bother me. It does bother me that the finance person said he was financing with my credit union, but ran it through GM Financial. I did not care who the lender was, just that the rate was fair. He gave me a fair rate, but the deception left me feeling the deal was not properly handled. But the transaction in general was simple, quick and I have the truck that I want. I later got a letter from my credit Union that the loan was placed through them. Now, I have to reach out to my insurance agent to name the right lien holder. Also, I am wondering if the title will come through correctly. All this is time taken away from my life to fix these oversights caused by the dealer. More

Luckily, the work was covered by the powertrain warranty, and James went out of his way to fin care of me when my 2021 Chevy Trailblazer needed work.
