My first delight, as a new customer, upon arriving for service, was the ease with which the service entrance could be found and approached. I also appreciated the accommodations that were made when the 8 AM, 4-hour estimated task, ran on past closing and had to be completed the next morning. The following day, when the work was completed, I found the service order detail to be well written, thorough, and a complete disclosure of what was encountered and done. Cashiering staff were also very personable and pleasant. Fortunately, I am retired and somewhat versed in the potential complexities associated with the multiple diesel exhaust fault codes we were getting. I anticipated that I might be there beyond 4 hours. Having to come back the next day was disappointing but understandable. It was reasonable given the details I had been provided about what they had encountered and was left to be done. There were no unknowns. I was happy to give the shop the time they needed. More
