Looked at the print out from the receipt, says the front tires were 7/32 tread, and same with the rear. Last month i bought brand new front tires and the rear tires also needed to be replaced but i couldn’t afford them yet. Really seems like the form was pencil whipped. Yes it was free, but only because I bought the car from them, so that was factored into the purchase price. I guess after 2 years the free part really means minimum service. More

Good Service I've worked with the service department roughly 10 times. I've never had any mechanical issues related to a service. I have had to do repeated visits for the same issue, but it was due to a factory defect. They always take care of my needs. The only improvement I would suggest is they slow down and pay attention to detail more. A car wash would be nice when they leave greasy finger prints on glass and body. Overall good experience. More
Poor communicating and a total lack of follow through A bunch of calls to be returned in 20 minutes or very shortly turned into hours or not at all. Repair had to be taken back for do over. I quit calling due to the lack of response after a loaner was assigned. Tech left trim work out of place, hanging and incomplete. Plastic undercarriage/splash guard not replaced securely and dropped from car at 70 mph leaving me stranded on I-5. A seat cushion with athletic logo was stolen from trunk while at the dealership. I was an out of state customer which made the ordeal worse since I had to drive the loaner home and then back again to pick up my auto that I was assured was fixed and ready to go. This show of indifference was blatant. Dealer (Ryan Tramm) did express regret and offered to pay for what they missed. Will be going into a local dealer for the repair and have dealer here contact gilchrist about what they did to correct the problems that gilchrist left unattended. The theft added insult to injury. Loaner was retuywashed, wiped down inside, vacuumed and filled with gas. More

The day I was told my truck was ready, my service representative, Devon, informed me that my AC condenser had malfunctioned and would be $1400 to replace it. My bumper to bumper warranty had just expired, but the service manager, Ryan, called GM and convinced them to honor the part and repair.
