We are sorry to hear that you feel this way about our efforts to repair your vehicle. Unfortunately, each Extended Service Contract (extended warranty) is independently backed by the location you purchased your vehicle. We originally diagnosed the vehicle and the engine we recommended from GM that was not fully covered by the warranty was going to be an additional cost above the plan deductible. Based on your request we went with another engine which would be fully covered by your warranty, although, still had to be authorized by the warranty company and and the original purchase place. While we strive to make all repairs in the fastest time possible, sometimes other extended service contracts can delay the process. As well, the time the authorization was approved by the original purchase location and the warranty company let us know we were okay to proceed, the GM strike had began and we were unable to get the GM parts for several weeks. We do our best to ensure proper work is completed, in a timely manner, at an affordable cost. We hope that the repairs completed are going to last for years to come.
