Ordered and Installed license plate brackets and plates. I moved from Indiana to Tacoma in May 2019. I finally got plates for my car, but didn't have a front bracket as they are not required in Indiana. I ca I moved from Indiana to Tacoma in May 2019. I finally got plates for my car, but didn't have a front bracket as they are not required in Indiana. I called Gilchrist since I had some previous work done here. The Parts Dept has to order the front bracket and thought it would be there in 2 days. It didn't come for 9 days, but that is not their fault. Gilchrist called me to set up an appt for installation within 2 days. They are always busy, but there are comfortable to and quiet waiting area with water cooler and coffee/tea available. I feel they completed my work within a reasonable time. All staff were friendly and efficient. More

Oil change My husband called a few days in advance to have our oil changed in our new Corvette we purchased from your dealership. We were well taken care of by My husband called a few days in advance to have our oil changed in our new Corvette we purchased from your dealership. We were well taken care of by Dave Christensen. We went to waiting area, as we were told it would be an hours wait. After being there more than an hour Dave came and informed us that they did not have the recommended oil vehicle required, and that they would have to go out of dealership to purchase the oil. He asked if we would like to reschedule, (we live 90 miles away), to which we said no. We waited another hour. Than when it came time to get car, some lady told us our car was there, meaning garage and that we could go get it, Found that strange. Finally another man who heard this exchange informed us he would go and bring it outside for us. All in all not a good experience. More
