We are sorry to hear that your husband is in the hospital and this incident didn't help an already hard time in your family. We are sorry to hear that you feel we are heartless as we are a family operated dealership and have been for 92+ years and support many local organizations. Unfortunately things happen and even though we keep most customer vehicles behind a locked gate and have security cameras over all our vehicles, people still find a way to cause damage. As an automotive dealership we work with many local vendors, one of which being glass shops. When incidents like this occur we do our best to ensure that we can help as much as possible (getting you the window at our cost), although different companies use different windows so if you were able to find a window at another shop cheaper they might have been using a different window supplier. We are able to take responsibility for any damage that occurs resulting from one of our dealership employees, although no matter what security measures we have in place, we cannot control ones actions to trespass and vandalize a vehicle. We are very sorry that this happened and wish that people would respect one another's property.

We are sorry to hear that you feel this way about your vehicle and our service. After some review it appears that we are unable to duplicate the squeak noise that you have mentioned and we have to be able to duplicate the issue in order to do a repair. The rough idle that you mention could not be duplicated as well, although with diesel engines it is common to occasionally have a rougher idle in colder temperatures when first starting the vehicle. The vibration that you mentioned on the highways depends on speed and the condition of the road. Unfortunately, when driving speeds in excess of 75mph a vibration on a standard highway road. If you would like to get out of this vehicle and get a new one our Internet Sales Manager would be happy to speak to you about a trade value and the price of a new vehicle. We are sorry to hear that you are not pleased with our policy regarding rental vehicles. Unfortunately, when we offered complimentary loaner vehicles, the program was often being abused and we had to change our policy. We offer a complimentary shuttle and some repairs that are happening when the vehicle is under warranty allow for Courtesy Transportation Vehicle (loaner) which is paid for by General Motors. Otherwise, we have taken the liberty to also offer rental vehicles for our customers that are needing transportation if needed.
