Vandalism My truck was broke into while waiting to be serviced. They refused to take responsibility for it and would not pay for the window to be fixed. This was already a very emotional time for me because my husband lay on his death bed at St Claires hospital. Your service manager did not care and told me to go through my insurance. The best he could do was have it fixed and I could pay for it at their cost. Turns out their cost was MORE than I had it done for. What a rip off. I will never go back to a place that is so heartless. And I will let everyone I know that you will not take responsibility for any damages that are incurred while their vehicle is in your care. More

New truck with all kinds of problems! I have a 2017 Colorado duramax z71 and I have had it in to the dealer 4 times in 8 months for problems. Rough idle. Squeaking noises. Vibration in the I have a 2017 Colorado duramax z71 and I have had it in to the dealer 4 times in 8 months for problems. Rough idle. Squeaking noises. Vibration in the rear on highways. They have not fixed a single issue! I have even gone as far as to show them videos of the sounds and problems and they still can’t figure it out! I baby this vehicle! Never been off road! Never towed! Not a scratch inside or out! Saying that my experience has been frustrating is an understatement! last time I told them I wanted them to buy it back or to get into a newer vehicle. This of course excited those guys! They said that because of my issues they were going to give me a screaming deal on a new truck and my trade in. HAH! Their offer was $2000 under blue book for my trade and full price on a new truck. This dealership is a joke! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Seriously! More

The service itself was fine but I will not come back for future service if you make customers pay for rentals, virtually every other dealership offers loaners. More
