Shawn our service technician was very knowledgeable, he went over all of the repairs with us so we can understand what was going on with our SUV, he was fantastic!! We were even helped out with a loaner vehicle!! We got our vehicle home and it is running better than ever. We have had nothing but a great experience from GMC service shop, we will definitely continue bringing all of our vehicles to have routine maintenance and service. More
