We are sorry to hear that you feel this way about our service and the vehicle condition. After further review, Chevrolet has a paint warranty that extends for 3yr or 36,000mi (whichever comes first) and since your truck is a 2014 it is beyond the warranty coverage. There are many different options to extend vehicle protection, we sell Vehicle Service Agreements (commonly referred to as an "Extended Warranty") which cover a variety of different items depending on which package you purchase. Vehicle Service Agreements are for mechanical, electrical, or technical concerns. We do offer a Paint Protection product in addition to the Vehicle Service Agreement that is a ceramic or acrylic treatment to the vehicle to prevent many paint concerns. If you would like to bring the vehicle back or discuss your situation further, our Service Manager Ryan would be happy to discuss any concerns or any available remedies. Due to our volume of vehicles we service we operate as a team here from our Appointment Coordinator to our Service Advisers and then finally our Cashiers. Our online appointment scheduler allows you to specifically request or otherwise randomly selects one of our Service Advisers. We do our best to ensure that you have the ability to schedule appointments in a variety of ways through calling, website or email request. There is a spot in the online scheduler to put notes if you can't ever find exactly what you are looking for. If you purchased a new GM vehicle, the vehicle comes with a set amount of services and then we offer Lifetime Oil Changes for your vehicle once the GM visits have been used. The GM visit's cover the cost of a Tire Rotation which is why you have not previously been charged, although now that those visits have been used and you are taking advantage of the Gilchrist Auto Lifetime Advantage Plan (Lifetime Oil Changes), other recommended maintenance items such as a tire rotation are not covered. We apologize for any lack of communication and will use your review as a way to improve on our communication.
