Not good. Wasn’t told a part for recall (main reason for trip) was not there till AFTER they finished my oil change. With covid19 I would prefer to make as few trips as possible. Overall customer service is lacking. The advisor do not do a good job at keeping you informed or providing wait times when you make appointments.
