Not happy with lack of service. Have a transmission rattle, they tell us its "normal", well no it isn't. Had them change the transmission fluid and now it leaks. Took it back in and said it was from rattle, they tell us its "normal", well no it isn't. Had them change the transmission fluid and now it leaks. Took it back in and said it was from the oring on the transfer case and they said there was no way changing the fluid could cause that. Car only has 45,000 miles, had no leak when they changed the fluid and did after they were done. Not happy, might be time to switch brands even though we have always been a GMC household. More
Horrable customer service. Went in because vehicle engine locked and tramsmission stuck in park with engine trouble light. There was a lot of confusion from the beginning since the service department didn’t listen to me about was was wrong. Finialy they listened and ordered the part. I asked to have an oil change done at time o service department didn’t listen to me about was was wrong. Finialy they listened and ordered the part. I asked to have an oil change done at time of warranty fix. This was not done and they told me I had to schedule it. I did schedule it but they blamed me for not telling them. It was rude and I took the car to another place for service not related to warranty. More

Oil change I think the "Service Dept" should be marked more clearly. I wasted 10 minutes standing in the wrong line (I was the only one) being ignored by 2 girl I think the "Service Dept" should be marked more clearly. I wasted 10 minutes standing in the wrong line (I was the only one) being ignored by 2 girls passing food back and forth and discussing their hair. It would have taken less than a minute to say, "Can I help you?" I will know next time to walk past them. More
