When I first called in to get my car Serviced, oil change, the lady that answered the phone said they are swamped and too busy to take my call. She asked me to call back. I called back 4 more times ev change, the lady that answered the phone said they are swamped and too busy to take my call. She asked me to call back. I called back 4 more times every hour on the hour to schedule an oil change and finally got thru! I couldn't believe how long it took me just to schedule an Oil Change!! This was very frustrating! I was not happy!! But they did get me in finally! More

I brought my Itasca motor home - Chevrolet base, in for repair. The power steering is leaking and the windshield wiper motherboard is bad. I was told the wiper motherboard was not available but I found it online at the GM warehouse in Colorado. I will not be a returning customer. More
