Front counter help was fantastic. The service itself not so much. I got both low beams replaced, turn signal indicator fixed and an oil change. They informed me an issue with an exhaust leak was causing a check engine light. Understandable another costly repair for a later date. all the labor I paid for and they didn't even reset the “change oil” indicator. They rotated the tires but didnt reset the check tires indicator. Feels like it was the bare minimum effort I could have got the same for a 1/3 the price from any oil and lube shop. Really feel kinda ripped off. More

Bryan, Manager at Firestone 6th avenue store recommended I take my car into Gilchrist to get a new surge tank because the light indicating the tank was low. They also fixed the hood latch for me.
