Terrible experience! I went to get an oil change and asked to get my check engine light checked , with out saying anything about it he jus gave me a price and I had to ask what the extra charge was for asked to get my check engine light checked , with out saying anything about it he jus gave me a price and I had to ask what the extra charge was for and he told me with a attitude like I was supposed to know , ,,and it just seem like he didn’t not want to help me for some reason , for some reason my service took 3 hours before I even got a call , when I did get a call the man tells me the most simple answer you can possibly imagine and said it in the manner like I know what he is talking about then tells me it’s a big job and they are not going to do it , as I start to ask questions it seemed like he didn’t want to talk about it or he really did not know what he was talking about , when I get there the front desk lady was rude very rude did not want to answer my question pushed my questions to the side rolling eyes snatching papers from me jus making my experience after getting told bad news basically giving me the impression that she just wanted me to leave when I was jus asking simple questions they I really should not have to ask I feel like that information should have been provided to me as soon as they knew who I was , they both jus made it seem like they did not want me business at all they did not even offer price points or give me any reason why I should let them help me and fix my car I feel ripped off I feel pushed to the side like they jus took my money and that’s all they wanted on top of that I get back to my car and I don’t have a sticker stating when my next oil change was supposed to be so I go back in there and they don’t even try to help me she jus tells me the service people are not there come back Monday I nicely told her I have no time on weekdays because of my work service she shrugged her shoulders as if she did not care and I asked for a different solution her took my paper with an attitude like she didn’t want to help at that point I was just done that jus really questions did they even do my oil change that’s really frustrating and concerning that I can trust that they even did their job . I jus really feel like they should treat US ARMY service members with a lot more Courtesy and respect and if they treat others like that is definitely ashame I’m definitely not bringing my money or car back worse experience I have ever had at a dealership ever More
