Kristi was great. Very friendly and helpful. Although, catching up with her for a status wasn't easy. As a rule, however, the other clerks were rude and dismissive. When I did get someone's attention by excusing myself, I was treated as if I was bothering them. I have brought my car to Gilchrist twice now and the service was the same on both occasions.
