xx in was okay. But after that, terrible customer service from Dave Christensen and his manager (Lyle?) Dave called me on day 1 late afternoon, leaving a message "I have information on your car" noth service from Dave Christensen and his manager (Lyle?) Dave called me on day 1 late afternoon, leaving a message "I have information on your car" nothing else. I called back, but he was gone for the day and no one else had any info. The next morning I called at 10am, 11 am, and left messages. Then again called and he was at lunch. Still not hearing from him, I called at 4pm and was transferred to his manager who was finally able to get Dave on the phone with me. He said he called me back @ 1030am but there was no call recorded on my cellphone or a voicemail. I found it ridiculous that he could not respond to multiple messages at anytime in a 6 hour period. I also waited to hear him apologize, which Dave never did. I also thought the Service manager was a bit snarky when he responded to my comment, "This is not a good impression for my first experience with you.". His reply was, "And this is our first experience with you.". What does that mean? As a new customer, I get treated poorly until proven worthy? I have multiple vehicles, and always use dealer service. This is by far the worst experience I've had in the Tacoma area. Is this typical for Gilchrist, or is it just typical for dismissing female customers? More
