Took my car in for an oil change. I told them about some issues with my car. They assessed that I needed to replace fuel filter. They informed me there is a back order for this part a I told them about some issues with my car. They assessed that I needed to replace fuel filter. They informed me there is a back order for this part and could take 4-8 weeks. Since they knew I was renting a car they were actively looking for the part and were able to secure an after market fuel pump within a week saving me a couple of thousand dollars in car rental fees. Shout out to Trinity who continuously assisted us. More
Went for an oil change and Dealership put the wrong oil in my car. They did change the oil and put the correct oil after a long battle of complaining. My car was towed there for repairs because it would st in my car. They did change the oil and put the correct oil after a long battle of complaining. My car was towed there for repairs because it would stall when idling. Took 2 weeks to find the issue and repair it. In the mean time I was told it was repaired and running but that was not the case dident even make it out of the lot. Befor engine would stall again. This happened on two occasions in this 2 weeks my car was there for repairs. My car did finally get repaired and runs great. I was also over changed 222$ Moreof what I was quoted for repairs. This took me a battle and a half to get my refund. Overall I’d say this was a vary stressful and frustrating experience. Lastly there was several times I called to check on the status of my vehicle and no one could tell me the status of my vehicle. the front receptionists would constantly say no one was available to help me. Making the appointment was easy. The apt was 9 am (1.5 - 2 hour window) at NO time was I ever contacted to tell me the service was done. I called at 245 pm and the rep said they would have to call me back, I wasn't waiting. I asked for the status of my service immediately. The job was completed and again I was not notified. I had to make arrangements to pick up my car and when I did there was no explanation of what was done, or the cost break down. Given my keys and said have a nice day. Apparently there was a tire repair done, not sure if the repair was a patch, plug, or will need further service. No explanation at all. 230.00 for the lug nuts (that came with the vehicle I'm 2011) had to be cut off and new ones placed on. Not locking ones like what I had but generic ones with no lock. Disappointed that I was not asked b4 this was done, the service was complete regardless. More
