Customer service was terrible. I left like I was bothering them as I was waiting to be helped at checkin. When I dropped the care off I told them you tube said it was a sensor. They called and said it was the catalytic converter. So I said yes fix it. Then they called and said that didn’t fix the problem and t was a sensor. They called and said it was the catalytic converter. So I said yes fix it. I asked them for my catalytic converter and of course it had already been recycled. What a rip off. Why wouldn’t you start with the sensor?? Bunch of xx. More

Actually not happy with last appointment. Oil change then was scheduled for a technician to look at my continued squeaky noise coming from the rear. 2nd time for this. Customers don't have time for this which is why I scheduled for this to be done on the last appointment. More
