They Ordered me a black front bow tie to put on truck, was wrong one. Said they would order the right one, waited over a month, callled to schedule an oil change and chuck said new one was here. but no on was wrong one. Don’t know what’s going on? No communication! Also told them to put air in tires they were all low. Got truck and psi were still low, asked them if they put air in tires and said yes, said they put psi to 35, I had to show them the Chevy app and required psi is 40. They then took 30 more minutes to go get my truck and fill all 4 tires. It’s just frustrating because they had my truck for 4 hours and still didn’t know required psi in a Chevy truck. I have purchased 2 brand new Silverados from Gilchrist but will not again. This was just for oil change! 2 months ago I wanted fog lights wired in and it took 4 days and 4 trips to dealership to get this done! Many excuses were used like these fog lights aren’t for your Silverado, but they were I bought them from Gilchrist, after they wired my truck after 4days and 4 trips to dealership the tech left grease or oil stains on my passenger side neoprene seat cover! Not sure what’s going on there but definitely not happy with my experience with service department. More

They were professional and did the job in a couple of day and allowed me a couple of days to come pick it up, they also gave me a 10% discount which was very nice because it is around the holiday season and and allowed me a couple of days to come pick it up, they also gave me a 10% discount which was very nice because it is around the holiday season and it was a little expensive job that needed to be done. If there was a zero star option I probably would have given that instead of 1. They had my car for 2 weeks and I could never get a hold of my service writer.
