Great service! !! Make sure to ask for Sean he was amazing! As a 20 year most of the time I don’t get treated seriously. Yet he treated me like everyone else compare !! Salesman was helpful when I called ahead asking if the car was available. Car was clean and well-presented when I arrived to check it out. Salesman was reasonable while negotiating the price. I was very disappointed in the customer service. When picked up truck was left waiting for 15 min outside, Had to go back into building to then find out the truck had been broken into. Service light When picked up truck was left waiting for 15 min outside, Had to go back into building to then find out the truck had been broken into. Service light still on and when went back they wanted me to leave truck again but didn’t want it broken into again. I am hesitant to take truck back to have service since didn’t rectify problem first time and cost almost $1500. More

It's been 21 years since I bought a car, so I was filled with anxiety BUT Izzie M. was so welcoming and accommodating while test driving and there was no pressure when my son and I left to continue shopping with anxiety BUT Izzie M. was so welcoming and accommodating while test driving and there was no pressure when my son and I left to continue shopping...so much so, we went back, asked for Izzie and I left Gilchrist with a brand new car!
