She was very pleasant and she made sure that my car was locked up and secure before leaving for the night .. and when I woke up she had helped me .. had oil change, but that was not the issue. I requested 5 or 6 yr battery if they had. They said yes and quoted me price. When I got my paperwork, i asked for it to be put on the length of battery. The clerk, spanish looking girl, dropped her mask and yelled at me so YOU WANT THE BATTERY TAKEN OUT. Yes, I said. I was told it was 5 yr. After that, the car went missing for over 30 minutes after being gone through both the hood and the trunk which I did not understand. Finally found a manager to retrieve my vehicle and get out of there over 1 hour later than what should have been. But what really gets me. I been going here since I bought the car new in 2017. They said mask mandates are to be worn at all times. Many were not wearing those masks above their necks, and some kept putting them under their nose as like an attitude, behavior issues. If they post a sign for everyone to wear masks, why can't they follow their own postings. I will not be coming back there. Who cares if I have to pay for my free oil changes for life if I buy a vehicle there. I wonder if that was not why I was mistreated and misquoted. Who buys 2 yr batteries and for $267??? The guy who sold me the battery left and finally found another mgr that retrieved my vehicle finally after moving it twice and got it back with nothing re-set. So am glad I got my original battery back, but that shot the trust right out of that building and those employees who do not even follow their own safety protocols!! More
