It has been my observation that my Service Writer, Mike Smith, has shown the ability to process and address customers concerns regarding their vehicles. She is a cheerful, CAREFUL driver who provides added benefit for a visit to Gilchrist Chevrolet/Buick/GMC. More
Horrible customer service. Hung up on me, got defensive. I called about a vehicle that was unbenknownst to me priced differently from their website and cars.com. I called in and Jeff said he would call me b I called about a vehicle that was unbenknownst to me priced differently from their website and cars.com. I called in and Jeff said he would call me back. He calls back and proceeds to tell me the vehicle isnt for sale and it needs work. I said I would buy it as/is. He then says we cant sell it to you and gets defensive when I asked why. Then goes on to say that the price will go up. All Jeff had to say was that the vehicle was priced wrong or it was a misprint. He then proceeds to hang up on me. I call back in and talk to the manager whos name was David. David gets on the phone and says “hurry up I have a customer here”. Extremely shady dealership practices being done here and a manager that doesnt seem to care one bit. Just admit your screwup and move on. Don’t give me a slippery slope of lies to try and cover your butt More
