Unfortunately, my experience at your dealership has been far from acceptable. My vehicle was initially diagnosed with failed rear calipers. iPhone the dealership once I returned from an overseas mission due far from acceptable. I was told they needed to be broken in. However, I purchased a jack raise the rear, and the tires would not even turn even by force. I brought the vehicle in and they now told me the fronts were seized, and that the calipers put on the rear Were defective I agreed to get calipers put on the front along with rotors and the vehicle was in the shop nearly 2 weeks which cost me to pay nearly $1000 for a rental car for the second time after getting my vehicle the stability track light was on And the tea PMS sensor as well. I drove back to the dealer to have them correct it once I took the vehicle again the light came back on. I have chosen to take it upon myself to get it fixed and has now been corrected at my residence. I have worked in this field for 20 years in the military , and cannot believe that the quality assurance and quality checks are not done prior to giving a customer their vehicle back. It pains me to think that I put my family in danger with a vehicle with seized brakes that was improperly released back to me as the customer I truly hope something can be done to improve systems and processes within your dealership , this was not just one occurrence but several after speaking to your service representative, they too, could not believe the amount of trouble I had experienced. I had asked if they have a staff meeting in the morning to discuss operations for the day I stress that they please speak to the inadequacy I received as a customer , I am not want to take a survey nor rant like this, but I feel extremely disservice having to pay out of pocket for a rental car miss time from work and delay, important meetings to protect our nation More
