I loved their customer service and I loved how I was even given a tour of the premises and was even taken to their in-house service garage. I left sooo satisfied. I was looking to buy a truck from here as i’ve heard good things about the service and their inventory from family members who worked with Mike and Troy. Went and talked to their finance manager named Hector things about the service and their inventory from family members who worked with Mike and Troy. Went and talked to their finance manager named Hector as he was there instead and immediately felt attacked by him. The best way to describe his approach in making a deal with us was arrogant, narcissistic, and frankly a xxx. This experience has ruined my perspective about this business, and I will be sharing this with other friends and family who are customers or soon to be. I will be buying a truck from a different dealership for more solely because of this experience with Hector. It’s a shame a great salesman and person such as Troy cannot benefit off this deal due to things out of his control (HECTOR). More
