Best vehicle buying experience ever Troy is a fantastic truck guy. His knowledge and patience were incredible. I am 50yrs old and have owned 11 different trucks 3 Fords and now my 8th C Troy is a fantastic truck guy. His knowledge and patience were incredible. I am 50yrs old and have owned 11 different trucks 3 Fords and now my 8th Chevy. Troy didn’t try to fake his way through the sale nor did he try to sell me something that I didn’t want. He actually listened when I spoke. I went there on a Wednesday night and spent a few hours looking around with him. Then I spent the next few days online researching and viewing the inventory. During that time Troy and I emailed back and forth regarding the vehicles on the lot. I came there Sunday still not 100% sure which one I wanted. He walked around the lot again with me for a long period of time. Then we went for a few test rides. I would recommend Troy to anyone. The great experience didn’t end there though. Usually the finance part is where it seems that lots of double talking and funny numbers that don’t seem to match up occur. This was absolutely not the case here. The sales manager clearly explained the differences in financing without being pushy. The finance department clearly explained all the documents and broke out the costs. Once again straight forward and down to earth staff prevailed. I would recommend Gibson Truck World to anyone. More
