I found Gibson on Auto Trader and contacted them and spoke to Troy Wallrich which turned out better than I could have expected, he was very responsive to all my concerns and we got a deal in place, so I made plans to fly down from Birmingham Alabama to Orlando where Troy came and met me and drove me to the dealership, I was there about a hour, which was awesome! Then on my way back to Birmingham in my new truck. These guys are great to deal with, no hassles, no headaches! Many thanks to Gibson and Troy! More

OK sale, poor aftersale follow up service. I purchased a 2016 F250 Super Duty. After searching several dealers, I found a truck I would buy. The sale went rather smoothly. Eddie was courteous I purchased a 2016 F250 Super Duty. After searching several dealers, I found a truck I would buy. The sale went rather smoothly. Eddie was courteous however, in hindsight did not cover much of the vehicle for me. After completion of the sale and heading home, a tire indicator light came on. A few moments later I tried to roll down the windows and none worked. My call in the morning was met with a response from the sales manager that I should bring the truck to my local dealer since it was under warranty. Had I sold that truck, and I was in the business, I would have made arrangements to have the truck picked up and serviced. Instead, I spent several hours today in a ford service department fixing a truck I bought only days ago. The window sensor was replaced and the rear tire air valve was not properly set yet both of these items were checked off on the inspection page. Now I wonder what else was not addressed. The vehicle was delivered to me and it was not even giving the standard wash on its way out. It's a good truck however, their failure to properly inspect and deliver the truck in working order tarnished the experience. More
