I met Lance on the way in, he showed us three different brands of 3500 trucks. He allowed us to drive all three on bumpy roads and on the interstate. I was interested in seeing top RPM and Lance was very accommodating and friendly, one of the best sales representatives I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Leo was also involved a lot in the process because on the delivery day Lance was out and Leo steped In. Leo is a top shelf sales representative also and makes Gibson Truck world proud. Review My overall experience was good. There was some misunderstanding on getting my truck ready with a repair that was needed and now I have to drive 3 hour My overall experience was good. There was some misunderstanding on getting my truck ready with a repair that was needed and now I have to drive 3 hours each way to get my repair fixed. Additionally, we were told that Gibson dealt with a certain lender that we inquired about twice. When it came time to close we were told that they did not work with that certain lender. Overall though, Gibson had a great selection of trucks and we are very pleased with our purchase. Lance was our salesman and he was very patient with us while we decided on a truck. The experience of buying a vehicle is usually very painful and time consuming, however Gibson and Lance made the process painless. More

I purchased a 2000 F-350 12 years ago and after a total of 284,000 thousand miles, it was time for a new truck. The new one, a 2018 F-350 Dually in mint condition. This is something you can count on when you buy a truck from these guys, a top of the line truck. I drove the old truck up to Sanford, the sales team inspected it, gave me the trade in they promised over the phone and made the rest of the sale very easy.
